Corn Exchange Cambridge tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a lively spot to catch everything from indie gigs to classical concerts? The Corn Exchange in Cambridge is just the place. This venue has been a staple of the city’s arts scene since it opened its doors, and it’s got a charm all its own. Back in 2009, they upgraded their sound system, and honestly, it makes a huge difference, no more muffled vocals or tinny instruments, just crystal-clear sound that really puts you in the middle of the action. The venue’s won awards too, like that regional accolade from 1995, recognizing its innovative programming and effort to involve the community. Now, if you’re lucky enough to snag a ticket for the upper tier, you might get a surprisingly good view, sometimes even better than those in the main floor seats, especially when artists are super close to the mic. Just a heads up, the upper level occasionally closes for repairs, so check ahead if you’re after that vantage point. Getting there is pretty straightforward if you’re coming from the engineering faculty, head south along the street, then turn toward the setting sun onto Wheeler Street. From Corpus College, walk west along the main parade and then south on the main road, and you'll find it. Whether you're craving front-row seats for an electrifying concert or just want to soak in some cultural vibes, the Corn Exchange always delivers, making it a must-visit for anyone who loves live entertainment with a bit of Cambridge charm thrown in.
